Hive
What it is
Hive is a platform for managing projects, tasks, approvals, billing, and other team work. Its project tools include dashboards, goals, live reporting, templates, custom fields, and portfolios. Teams can work in collaborative Notes, action cards with comments and file attachments, and forms for internal or external teammates. Listed AI tools can draft email replies, turn meeting transcripts into action items, build projects, proof content, and create dashboard widgets. Hive names more than 1,000 integrations, including Google Drive, Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Slack, GitHub, and QuickBooks. The Free plan includes 200MB of storage and up to 10 workspace members; Starter allows up to 10 members and 10 projects. Free is described for light project management, while Starter is an entry-level plan. Hive says workspace messages, groups, actions, and files stay private to the organization, with network security controls and hourly backups. An internet connection is required, and offline access is unavailable. Free is free; Starter is $5 a month per user, and Teams is $12 a month per user.
