HeyOnCall

What it is

HeyOnCall combines website and API monitoring with incident management and on-call alerting. Its checks cover HTTP and HTTPS uptime and performance, response assertions, redirects, request and response inspection, SSL certificates, and heartbeat or cron activity. Certificate checks validate certificates and chains and can warn before expiration. Teams can set timezone-aware rotations, edit or trade shifts, and sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCalendar feeds. Unacknowledged incidents can escalate to another user, a rotation, or everyone in a rotation. On iOS and Android, Critical Alerts can bypass Do Not Disturb, silent or vibrate modes, and volume settings, repeating until acknowledged. Monitoring inputs include Datadog, Prometheus Alertmanager, Uptime Kuma, and other webhook-capable tools; alerts can go to Slack, email, Telegram, or webhooks. An API supports custom application triggers, incident resolution, and custom payloads. The Free Trial for evaluating costs nothing, Solo costs $3 a month, and Pro costs $32 a month. Trial limits include 10 users and fewer triggers; paid plans allow 1000 triggers of each listed type.
