Harmonic
What it is
Harmonic is a native Mac IDE for building software with multiple AI agents. Each tab can run Claude Code, Codex, or DeepSeek, allowing several agent sessions side by side. Every tab receives its own Git worktree on disk. Finished tabs can be queued for merging into a base branch, with inline conflict review and pull-request creation in one pass. Users can connect multiple GitHub accounts and choose one for each repository. Each tab supports agent and model selection, while Pro adds switching agents during a conversation. A keyboard command palette handles actions such as changing tabs, opening repositories, and shipping work. Harmonic requires macOS 11 or later and is a universal binary for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. It runs agent command-line tools with users’ own plans and API keys; AI usage is not included. The Free plan costs nothing forever, with paid plans at $9 a month, $49 a year, or $79, paid once. Harmonic says code never leaves the Mac.
