What it is
GridInbox is a shared email workspace for customer conversations sent to business addresses such as support@, sales@, and billing@. Teams can assign conversations, show who is handling them, and reply from the appropriate address. Two-way aliases allow receiving mail at an alias and sending or replying from it. The REST API can create and delete aliases, read messages, and send email programmatically. Incoming one-time passwords and verification codes are automatically extracted for dashboard or API access. The Free plan costs nothing and includes five aliases, 512MB storage, a 5 MiB attachment limit, 10 outbound emails per month, 50 inbound emails, and REST API access. Pro costs $19 a month with unlimited aliases, 5GB storage, OTP extraction, and three custom domains. Team costs $99 a month and adds five seats with role-based access control, inbox permissions, and ten custom domains. GridInbox supports web and API access, uses TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, and encrypts stored email and sensitive data with AES-256.
