Glaxnimate
What it is
Glaxnimate is a free, open-source desktop application for vector animation and motion design. It supports vector graphics and tweening, with animation exports including Lottie, animated GIF, WebP and SVG; its listed formats also include TGS, SVG/SMIL, PNG, Rive and Android Vector Drawable. The application can open and save Lottie, Telegram TGS and SVG files, though not all Lottie features are implemented. It runs on Linux, BSD, Windows and macOS, with Android builds described as experimental. The interface supports dark and light themes, icon themes and dockable views.
