Members select titles online and receive them by mail through USPS, with shipping free in both directions using reusable mailers. Rentals can remain with members without late fees. Most rented games and movies can be purchased at a discounted KEEP price; game purchases include the original case and codes. The catalog covers Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, Nintendo Switch and older-platform games. Movie rentals are available on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD, while game plans include movies and movie-only plans are offered. Standard and Elite plans provide GameLock reservations for upcoming releases, with different reservation windows.
