FocusForce+
What it is
FocusForce+ is a free Android app that combines routines, to-dos, app blocking, focus sessions, and sleep scheduling. Routines start with an alarm and give each step a countdown; if a step runs long, timing and reminders continue. Timed to-dos can use alarms, loose tasks resurface during the day, and overdue tasks stay pinned until addressed.
App blocking can apply daily limits or fixed time windows, and can activate automatically during routines or focus sessions. App groups can share limits and schedules. Focus sessions can enable Do Not Disturb and block selected apps, while sleep mode schedules wind-down reminders, night blocking, and wake-up routines. Invincible Mode can prevent an active routine, focus session, or blocking rule from being canceled or weakened before it ends.
The app supports Android 8.0 and newer and is distributed as an APK because it is not yet on the Play Store. It is in public beta. The maker says data stays on the device and can be exported as JSON for import on another device; the app has no internet permission, accounts, cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising.
