What it is
FinalPack is an online tool for calculating box dielines, building packaging structures and preparing prepress checks before lithography and printing. It derives blank dimensions from a box’s internal measurements, selected structure and board thickness or grammage. Documented forms include pharma tuck-end, RSC, fast-food, six-corner, sleeve and standard glue-flap boxes. A 3D preview lets users inspect open and closed designs before export. Production handoff can use separate vector layers for cutting, creasing and perforation, with PDF and SVG output described for the workflow. Those layers are intended for Illustrator, CorelDRAW and lithography workflows. Prepress guidance addresses CMYK, overprint, bleed, image resolution and separating technical cut and crease layers.
