Crew Live gives crew a secure link to view the current scene, what is next, announcements, and progress in a phone browser without a login or app install. Screenplay imports support .fdx, PDF, and native .fls files, but schedules and call sheets cannot yet be imported from other tools. Projects export as .flc, screenplays as .fls or .fdx, call sheets as PDF, and contacts and schedules as CSV. The monthly Individual Production plan costs $19.99 a month, billed monthly, and includes three active productions, unlimited projects, and unlimited collaborators. A 30-day trial gives a workspace administrator every feature with unlimited collaborators and requires no credit card. The service is paid, with no free plan.
