Fieldguide is a web- and API-based platform for audit and advisory firms coordinating engagement work among practitioners, clients, and Field Agents. Practitioners direct and review agents supporting planning, audit testing, review, financial statements, and engagement orchestration. A shared client portal brings requests, evidence, and status together; teams and clients can edit documents and comment on reports in real time. Users can organize and edit Word, Excel, and PDF files linked to engagements and workpapers, and use workpaper templates, evidence collection, review workflows, and audit reporting. Firms can adopt licensed methodologies from Thomson Reuters PPC, Mercia, or CPA Canada, or deploy their own. Connections include GRC, data integrations from more than 80 accounting, HRIS, and ticketing systems, and custom integrations through a documented REST API. Fieldguide lists ISO 42001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications and an AIUC-1 attestation. It says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in United States data centers, and exportable by the organization. Pricing is available upon request.
