DubDuck
What it is
DubDuck is a web service for translating and dubbing video dialogue. It transcribes and translates speech, clones speakers’ voices, and lip-syncs dubbed video in more than 40 languages. Its editor brings dialogue and translation into a workspace with speaker controls, a frame-accurate timeline, and segment-level re-dubbing. The documented workflow goes from uploading a video and choosing languages to editing dialogue, calibration, dubbing, preview, and export. New accounts receive $10 in credits, and videos dubbed before payment include a visible DubDuck.com watermark. During beta, uploads are limited to 3.5 minutes and 50 MB, although the homepage describes uploads as accepting any format and length. Dubbing costs $1.95 a minute of dubbed dialogue, billed by the second; only dialogue is charged, and calibration is charged the same way as part of the first dub. Credit packs cost $5, $10, or $25, and credits do not expire while an account is active. DubDuck says project content is not used to train general-purpose AI models for other users.
