DomiSol
What it is
DomiSol is a web-based music score editor for composing, playing back and sharing hymns and choral scores in tonic solfa and jianpu notation. A score can switch between the two systems without retyping, and the editor can align lyrics with notes and syllables. AI tools can generate alto, tenor and bass parts from a melody, alongside harmonization, transposition, chord suggestions, counter-melody, hum-to-solfa, lyric generation and translation. Imports include MusicXML, XML, MXL and MIDI files, as well as photos or PDFs of printed or handwritten scores. Shared scores open in a read-only viewer without an account or installation, and embeds can hide DomiSol branding. The free plan includes unlimited scores, playback, share links and embeds, watermarked solfa and jianpu PDF, unlimited MP3 audio and 10 starting AI credits. Audio export is limited to six minutes. Native iPhone and Android apps are in early access. The product is aimed at church choir directors, music educators and jianpu instrumentalists.
