DockItFlo
What it is
DockItFlo is a web service for small and mid-size litigation firms that monitor court dockets without a dedicated docketing department. It reads ECF notice emails and attached PDFs, extracts multiple dates, classifies events, and assigns confidence scores. Before dates reach a calendar, automated extractions and deadline triggers go through human review, where reviewers can edit, add, or remove entries. For federal notices, the rules engine suggests deadlines from triggering filings, applies FRCP Rule 6 weekend and federal-holiday rollover, and flags local-rule differences. State notices can be processed when courts send email notifications, but the federal rules engine does not apply there. Google Calendar and Outlook synchronization is available. A case library organizes ECF filings with full-text search. Dependent deadlines can wait for later filings before calculation and confirmation. Pricing is by attorney per month on request.
