What it is
Cradlepoint NetCloud Manager is a cloud platform for configuring, deploying, monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting LTE or 5G router and adapter endpoints for wireless WAN. Dashboards and reports bring together live LAN and WAN statistics, cellular health, and data-plan monitoring. Deployment tools include preconfigured setup, bulk policy management, automatic carrier selection, and cellular geolocation mapping. The service monitors connection health, provides network-health dashboards and deeper insights, and sends alerts when problems arise. Account controls include optional multifactor authentication, Federated ID single sign-on, granular permissions, enhanced login security, and security alerts. NetCloud Manager encrypts data at rest and in transit; its cloud services run on AWS across multiple availability zones with offsite backups. Device connections are client initiated, certificate based, and encrypted with current TLS. The REST API exposes many interface functions through v2 and v3 endpoints. Authorized users can use the mobile app to review alerts and endpoint status, inspect signal and usage data, run troubleshooting tests, and reboot endpoints. Pricing is on request, and the Advanced Plan trial lasts 90 days.
