CPRemote
Trivandrum, India
What it is
CPRemote is cPanel backup software for server administrators and cPanel users. Administrators receive WHM tools, while end users manage backups through a cPanel interface. The software supports incremental, compressed, and uncompressed backups with seven days of retention. Destinations include Google Drive, Backblaze B2, Rsync.net, AWS S3 and S3-compatible storage, local disk, SSH, FTP, and SFTP. GNU GPG encryption can use user-specific methods. Administrators can create unlimited schedules with filters and hooks, and cPanel users can schedule backups themselves. Restore options cover full or multiple cPanel accounts, domains, MySQL databases, email accounts, home directories, and individual files or folders. Tools also transfer backups to another server or download them. Installation requires root access on a cPanel server running version 11.122 or higher and a supported Linux distribution. Plans include a 15-day trial, an Individual plan at $5 a month billed annually, a Reseller plan at $50 a month, and a One Time plan at $249, paid once.
