CodePath CareerConnect
San Francisco, California, United States
What it is
CodePath CareerConnect is a free web platform for sourcing, meeting, and hiring US-based early-career technology talent. Employers can post internship and full-time roles, including remote and in-person opportunities, then schedule and host individual or group interviews. Matching considers work authorization, technical expertise, graduation date, years of experience, and location. Students create profiles with resume and LinkedIn information, and the platform checks those profiles against new opportunities. When a match occurs, recruiters receive the profile details the student provided. Students and alumni can connect with CodePath hiring partners, access exclusive roles and links, and arrange recruiter meetings. Access is limited to people who completed a CodePath course; students sign in with the GitHub account associated with that course, while companies use their credentials. CodePath describes a network of more than 20,000 students and alumni across 600-plus universities and 4,000-plus companies, with more than 750 hours of technical training. CareerConnect also connects with the annual Emerging Engineers Summit. A match does not guarantee employment, since each company controls its process and timeline.
