What it is
CloudAMQP is a managed cloud platform for hosting LavinMQ and RabbitMQ messaging clusters. It automates cluster setup, operation, and scaling, while a control panel provides monitoring and custom alarms by email, webhook, or external service. All plans support AMQP, AMQPS, HTTPS, STOMP, and MQTT; dedicated plans also support WEB-STOMP. The service runs on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, DigitalOcean, and Scaleway. Dedicated instances can export logs and metrics to integrations such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana Cloud, Prometheus Remote Write, NewRelic, and Splunk. RabbitMQ clusters use Quorum Queues to replicate messages across nodes and reconnect clients after a node failure. CloudAMQP states it is SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant, and uses SSL/TLS for data in transit; network isolation and VPC options are available on some clouds. Free shared plans are available, and paid plans start at $19/mo. Customers cannot access nodes through SSH.
