What it is
Church Planner is church management software for organizing a congregation’s calendar, including services, rehearsals, classes, meetings, volunteer schedules, attendance, music and messages. Users can prepare service orders and schedule ministry teams in one place. Attendance can be recorded from any device, including by multiple counters at once, and reports show trends and people who have missed attendance. The song library supports ChordPro and chord-over-lyric charts, key transposition, service attachments and emailed set lists with charts. Charts can be exported to OnSong, SongbookPro and other compatible apps. The interface is available in English, French and Spanish, with each person able to select a language. Android and iPhone or iPad apps are available; new churches register on the website and billing is handled on the web. Its unlimited free trial has no expiry date, needs no credit card and allows up to 15 contacts. Premium costs C$9.99 a month for up to 80 contacts, while Pro costs C$19.99 a month for unlimited contacts. Online giving is not offered yet.
