BlueMeter
What it is
BlueMeter is a free Windows application for analyzing combat in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance. During encounters, it tracks DPS, healing, damage taken, critical hits, individual player breakdowns, and party contribution percentages. Encounters can be saved automatically, with up to 100 recent fights available for review alongside skill breakdowns and chart data; the configurable database limit defaults to 100 MB. An overlay can remain on top of other windows or allow clicks to pass through, and users can adjust themes, colors, backgrounds, opacity, and shortcut keys. Queue alerts use network detection or OCR, with OCR processing described as local. Daily and weekly task lists, reset timers, event timers, and multiple profiles are included. The portable build can work offline after download. BlueMeter requires Windows 10 or later, the .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime, and Npcap for packet capture.
