Avela Apply
What it is
Avela Apply is web-based enrollment software for school districts, charter networks, and early childhood programs. Staff can build application forms with short answers, validated fields, dropdowns, toggles, and document uploads. Conditional logic displays additional questions when relevant to previous responses. Configurable tags and workflows organize reviews, while capacity settings by school, site, grade, program, or other group support open enrollment, waitlists, and offers. Families use a mobile-friendly application experience in more than 100 languages and can track status. Login options include email and password, passwordless mobile access, and single sign-on through common standards. Staff dashboards provide funnel metrics, filters, and custom reports, and administrators can export data while retaining ownership. Avela reports SOC 2 Type II compliance, TLS encryption in transit, and AES 256-bit encryption at rest. A HubSpot connector syncs applications, students, and parents one way; HIVE Strategy sells that connector. Pricing is available on request.
