Arivu
What it is
Arivu is a matter-centric legal intelligence system built inside an organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant. Its review tools flag unusual or high-risk clauses and extract key dates, parties, and financial obligations. For drafting, it follows the organization’s prior work style and formatting, linking suggestions to internal materials or external case law. It can analyze a matter folder as a dataset to identify deviations and inconsistencies across related documents. Multi-step playbooks support recurring work such as NDA review and M&A due diligence. Arivu is delivered through Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Online, and uses CourtListener for public case law. Its answers draw on firm documents and CourtListener’s collection of more than 400 million public court records. Microsoft Entra ID delegated permissions and Microsoft Graph limit processing to files users are already allowed to access. Arivu says analysis runs in volatile memory, it stores no text chunks or embeddings on its own disks, and customer documents are not used to train models. It supports Microsoft 365 multi-geo environments, with compute regions in the UK, EU, and North America. Pricing is available on request.
