What it is
AIMS provides airline software for crew management, operations control, and commercial planning. Its crew tools cover manpower planning, pairings, leave administration, training, assignment, legality checks, and crew statistics. The eCREW portal gives crew access to personal and flight information, leave requests, messages, and duty swaps. Operations Control covers aircraft movement management, maintenance planning, schedule construction, and disruption recovery. Commercial Planning compares flight schedule scenarios and estimates revenue, cost, and profit. The system processes SITA movement and load messages, ACARS messages, and IATA ASM, SSM, and SSIM data. Airlines can choose SaaS hosting on AIMS Cloud at Amazon AWS in Frankfurt, Germany, or install and maintain the system in-house. Mobile apps provide access to the AIMS Web Portal, and e-Ops supports operations monitoring on mobile devices. AIMS says it is approved by more than 50 National Civil Aviation Authorities, including EASA and FAA, and holds ISO 27001 certification. Pricing is on request.
