Reviewers can score criteria with configurable marks and rubrics, add CAR feedback, and view timestamped review history. Built-in tools include a document editor, PDF viewer, and file preview. Accrely generates BAC-formatted assessment sheets for PDF export or digital sharing. Roles include Viewer, Contributor, Reviewer, and Admin. The platform includes BAC standards, criteria, scoring rubrics, and the BAC manual mapped to program types, plus custom standards and criteria. Standard costs $49 a month per program, with 100 GB included and additional storage at $1/10 GB; documents and collaborators are unlimited. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes self-hosting, unlimited programs and users, and private storage. Security descriptions include TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and role-based access.
